Ms Mary Dunne of AsIAm (As I Am) provided workshops to a number of students today to help them gain a better understanding of autism. Mary will continue to do so tomorrow so that every student in the school will have attended a workshop by Thursday evening. AsIAm was founded by Adam Harris based on his own personal experiences of Aspergers Syndrome, a form of autism, which he was diagnosed with when he was five years old.
