Our Green Schools Committee was fortunate enough to attend the very first Green Schools Expo in the RDS on Thursday 25th February. The Expo is a really fantastic way for students to learn about the different ways to make their school more environmentally friendly, from litter and waste, to travel, to power and even biodiversity. As we are currently working on achieving our first Green Flag for Litter and Waste, it was a great to see what other schools are doing to achieve the same goals. Green School Committee meetings will now be held Mondays @11:05 in the art room and as always, new members are very welcome to come along!
