This morning a literature quiz took place in the gym as part of Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) week. Students were faced with some very challenging questions as they battled each other in teams with some weird and wonderful names. The winning team of the day were called 'Eyebrows on Fleek" and finished with a total of 43 points. Team "Beiber Fever" came a very close second with a score of 42 points. The team that were third were called "Telly Tubbies" and finished with a score of 39 points. Well done to everyone who participated today.
This afternoon there was a DEAR hour when students went to their base rooms from 3:00 to 4:00, had a few nice snacks, and settled down to relax and read.
