A number of organisations across Ireland have opportunities available for potential candidates to join their organisation and register for the new National Sales Apprenticeship. Our 4th intake of apprentices is scheduled to commence on November 1st.

This programme is a 2-year "earn & learn" programme - apprentices are employed on a full-time basis and paid a salary for the duration of the programme.
Releases the apprentice from work to attend classes. Leads to a national and international recognised qualification - a Level 6 QQI validated Advanced Certificate in Sales. This link to our Sales Apprenticeship Hub includes a short informational


The available places is an excellent choice for those who were unhappy with their CAO offer or maybe did not receive an offer due to points requirements. Our following courses are on available places for students to still apply for;

PC402 – Arts & Humanities (level 7)

PC405 – Social Political & community Studies (level 8)

PC410 – English & History (Level 8)

PC411 – Arts & Humanities (level 8)

There's still time to apply to Carlow College through Available Places, where we've opened places on four undergraduate courses for entry this September 2021.

Apprentice carpenter/joiner opportunity

Dear Principal,
I am writing to you as an introduction to my company which is based in Kilcullen Co.Kildare. We are currently recruiting for a full-time 1st year apprentice carpenter/joiner to join our experienced team. The chosen candidate must have a keen interest to learn, work on their own initiative, their own transport, take instructions, retain and process information, be proactive, have efficient and efficient problem solving, be able to communicate and interact with clients. The chosen candidate will be mentored on a continuous basis and receive an extremely high level of training whereby at the end of their apprenticeship they will be able to design, craft and install various bespoke joinery items to the highest level.
This is an excellent position and full of potential for the right individual to assist in the continued growth of a successful company.
