Naas Community College Student Council
The NCC Student Council is a democratically elected group of dedicated students, valued by their peers for their leadership and commitment. We strive to empower student voices and drive meaningful change within our school community. This year we have representatives from each year group and the Hazel class.
Our students are linked in with the ISSU (Irish second level students' union) and some of our members have received training from them this year.
Our initiatives include student-led projects such as fundraising for local charities, implementing fire safety drills, and conducting school cleanliness audits. We are also collaborating with the NCC Sustainability Group to strengthen our school’s focus on environmental responsibility. Together, we aim to create a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable learning environment for everyone.
