Naas CC has just been informed that they have been awarded status as ambassador for Cycle Against Suicide. This award has been given in light of the hard work and dedication of the Wellbeing team in Naas CC since opening in Sept 2015. As an ambassador school Naas Cc will continue to promote the message of "it’s OK not to feel OK; and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help". The Ambassador School Programme established in 2013 aims to encourage schools to become actively involved in mental health promotion. Through this programme Naas CC will continue to embed Wellbeing for all staff and students into all areas of the curriculum and continue their hard work in mental health development. The award ceremony will take place next September.
