Activities organised for the week include: breakfast club, fresh fruit smoothies being available during break, talks on nutrition and on first aid, a cookery demonstration, yoga, pool and table tennis competitions, a board game tournament, beat the teacher spin bikes, badminton, rounders, circuit training, GAA coaching skills and drills, an obstacle course, tug-of-war, egg and spoon race, sack race, three legged race and a relay race.
Healthy Living Week aims to provide students and staff with the skills needed to be resilient to meet the demands of everyday life through talks, fun activities and healthy food promotion.
