Congratulations to Mutiat Adebayo for participating in this year’s scifest competition and being our first student representing NCC in Dublin City University. Her project included a research piece on whether technology and screens are having effect on young people’s eyesight. Great Project that is linked to current affairs in science in society.
Also a special mention to Cameron Oguigo and Sarah Shanfrezan for participating in the Transition Year Physics experience in Trinity College Dublin. This was a fantastic opportunity for both students who experienced a week long physics program which included lectures, labs and projects in the Physics field. Both students also collaborated on two projects with students from other schools with Cameron’s group winning the week long project based on Nuclear Fusion.
